摘要
研制了快速充电高功率型锂离子电池,对电极材料、电解液体系、电极体系的设计等进行了研究,测试了电池的快速充电、高倍率放电、快速充电高倍率放电循环和安全性能。电池的4.00C和6.00C充电容量分别为1.00C时的93.6%和92.1%;4.00C、10.00C、15.00C和20.00C放电容量均为1.00C时的95.0%以上;4.00C充电、10.00C放电循环500次,容量保持率在93.0%以上。在过充电、外部短路、针刺、热冲击试验中,电池不起火、不爆炸。
High power Li-ion battery with fast charge was manufactured. The selection of the electrode material, the electrolyte system and the design of electrode system were studied. The performance of fast charge, high rate discharge, the cycle with fast charge,high rate discharge and safety was tested. The charge capacity of the battery with 4.00 C and 6.00 C was 93.6% and 92.1% of 1.00 C, respectively, the discharge capacity with 4.00 C, 10.00 C, 15.00 C and 20.00 C was above 95.0% of 1.00 C, the capacity retention was above 93.0% when cycle 500 times with 4.00 C charge and 10.00 C discharge. The battery was not on fire and explosion in the process of overcharge, external short circuit, nail and thermal shock tests.
