摘要
目的探讨支撑喉镜显微手术治疗声带任克氏间隙水肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析近年来我院收治的32例声带任克氏间隙水肿患者的临床资料。结果 32例声带任克氏间隙水肿的患者,经支撑喉镜显微手术治疗,治愈26例,治愈率为81.25%;好转6例,占18.75%,总有效率100.0%。结论支撑喉镜下的喉显微治疗声带任克氏间隙水肿,创伤小、疗效确切,易于在基层医院普及推广。
Objective To investigate the self-retaining laryngoscope microsurgical in the treatment of vocal cord Reinke＇s edema.Methods 32 cases of vocal cord Reinke＇s edema in recent years in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results With the self-retaining laryngoscope Microsurgical treatment,26 cases were cured,the recovery rate was 81.25%,improved in 6 cases,accounting for 18.75%,total effective rate was 100.0%.Conclusion self-retaining laryngoscope microsurgery under the treatment of vocal cord Reinke＇s edema might little trauma,effective,easy to popularize in the primary hospital.
