摘要
目的探讨脑缺血对小肠形态学的影响,为临床脑血管病患者防止小肠病变提供理论依据。方法用线栓法栓塞大鼠右侧大脑中动脉制备局灶脑梗死模型,在电子显微镜下,观察脑缺血4 h后小肠的病理形态变化,并与正常对照组比较。结果大脑中动脉栓塞后,大鼠胃出现小肠绒毛变短变粗、杯状细胞增多及大量炎细胞浸润等病理形态学改变。结论大脑中动脉栓塞后可引起小肠的相应病理学改变。
Objective To discuss the affection on intestine morphology with cerebral ischemia and to supply the accordings to prevention.Methods The infarction model was made with line ligation of cerebral middle artery.The pathology result of intestine after 4 hours was observed and compared with normal tissue.Results The villi of small intestine was thicken,goblet cell increased and inflammation infiltration after cerebral ischemia.Conclusion The embolism of cerebral middle artery might cause the relative changes of small intestine.
