摘要
结合宝钢炼钢厂新增4号RH工程,探讨了EPC工程总承包模式中设计—采购—施工总承包管理的职能,提出在建立规范体系的基础上,完善总承包内部控制管理模式和运行体制以提高工程管理效率。
Combining with the additional No.4 RH project in steelmaking plant in Baoshan Steel,the paper explores the functions of the design-purchase-construction general contracting management of the general contracting model in EPC project,and indicates it can improve the internal control management model of the general contracting and the operation system based on establishing the regular system,so as to improve the engineering management efficiency.
