摘要
《爱弥儿》是18世纪法国著名教育思想家卢梭的一部代表作,作者通过叙述主人公爱弥儿从出生到成人的整个受教育过程,塑造出一个独特的教师形象。这部著作蕴含着丰富的教育思想,主要建树在于自然主义教育哲学,笔者发现其中隐含着的教师师德观是很独特的一部分。卢梭围绕受教育者从婴幼儿期、儿童期、少年期到青春期整个成长过程中教师所应具备的师德观念进行逐段渐进的阐述,对提高我国教师队伍师德建设仍有积极的意义。
Jean - Jacques Rousseau' s, as well as the world people known, masterpiece Emile ou de L' education is a pedagogic fiction about a child,named Emile,who is educated naturally by a tutor from infant time ,childhood,youth,to adulthood. Plenty of educational thoughts are involved in this fiction,and the thought about teacher's ethics roles is a unique one. The thought of teacher's roles in the work aims to develop a kind of teacher who is able to address the needs of all ages of learners. Such a teacher shall handle any phase of instruction with this multiple roles and multiple abilities.
