摘要
民族高等院校主要是为民族地区培养高层次的人才,应考虑将培养的重点放在高素质创新人才方面。应按照培养基础扎实、知识面宽、动手能力强、综合素质高、富有创新精神专门人才的总体要求,逐步构建起注重素质教育,融传授知识、培养能力于一体,具有时代特征的多样化人才培养模式。
Nationality Universities are meant to cultivate high - level talents for ethnic minority areas, thus the focus of training should be on high - quality and innovation. In accordance with the comprehensive requirements of cultivating specialties of solid foundation, wide knowledge, practical ability, comprehensive quality and innovative spirit, nationality universities should gradually build up a diversified training mode that is of contemporary characteristics and emphasize quality education, combining knowledge - imparting and ability -cultivating into a unity.
