摘要
苏联解体后,面对公民道德意识不断下降的社会现状,俄罗斯政府开始重新思考公民-爱国主义教育问题。高校作为人才培养重地,积极响应国家政策,确立了以"公民-爱国主义教育"为主要内容的德育工作重心。
After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, in face of the increasingly decline of citizen＇ s sense of morality, Russian government started to rethink about the citizenship and patriotism education. As one of the significant parts of talents training, colleges responded actively to the national policy and put the ＂citizenship and patriotism education＂ at the center of morality education.
