摘要
目的论述常用3种染发剂的毒性,包括致敏性、致癌性及重金属物质的毒性,对我国及欧盟对染发剂监管的措施进行了分析,针对我国在染发剂监管方面的存在问题,提出了相关对策,如完善化妆品卫生规范,增加禁用物质种类,对限用物质的限量要求更加严格或进行调整;提升染发剂安全性检测的技术水平;加强对染发剂标签警示用语的管理;对使用者提出健康忠告,在使用染发剂时,要采取相应的防护措施等。
[Objective]This paper discussed the toxicity of the three hair dyes,including allergenicity,carcinogenicity and heavy metal toxicity.The surveillance of hair dyes in China and European Union was comparatively analyzed.Targeted at existed problem in hair dye supervision of China,the measures such as improving the hygienic standard for cosmetics,increasing types of prohibited substances,decreasing or adjusting the level of the limited,improving the technology of detection,managing strictly of warning language on the hair dyes products,and advice for consumers of the hair dyes,adopting corresponding protection measures in hair dye use,etc were proposed.
