磷改性对ZSM-5分子筛石脑油催化裂解性能的影响 被引量:4

Influence of Phosphorus Modification on Acidity and Performance of ZSM-5 Zeolite for Naphtha Catalytic Cracking

摘要 以HZSM-5分子筛为载体,以磷酸氢二铵为磷源,采用等体积浸渍法制备了磷改性ZSM-5分子筛,采用吡啶吸附红外光谱法研究了磷改性ZSM-5分子筛的酸性及水热稳定性,在小型固定床反应装置上进行了石脑油催化裂解反应研究。结果表明,适量磷(3%)改性显著改善了ZSM-5分子筛的酸性和水热稳定性,提高了ZSM-5分子筛催化剂的催化裂解活性和稳定性。在反应温度650℃,体积空速4 h-1,水油体积比0.75,反应压力0.2 MPa的反应条件下,石脑油催化裂解的丙烯产率达到22.82%,乙烯产率达到16.98%。 Phosphate modified ZSM-5 zeolites were prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method with HZSM-5 zeolites as supports and diammonium phosphate as phosphorus source.Acdity and hydrothermal stability of phosphate modified ZSM-5 zeolites were studied by pyridine adsorption Fourier-transform infrared reflectance spectroscopy.The catalytic cracking of naphtha was carried out in a small fixed-bed reactor.The results show that modification with suitable amount of phosphorous(3%) can greatly improve the acidity,hydrothermal stability and catalytic cracking activity and stability of the ZSM-5 zeolites.Under the reaction conditions of temperature 650 ℃,pressure 0.2 MPa,volume space velocity 4 h-1 and water oil volume ratio 0.75,naphtha conversion is higher than 55%,propylene yield is higher than 22.82% and etheylene yield is higher than16.98%.
