摘要
目的:探讨透析器自动复用机对透析溶质的清除效果及合适的透析器复用次数。方法:收治40例慢性肾衰竭行血液透析患者,利用联机清除率监测器(OCM)测定患者在透析器使用第1次及复用第3,6,9次时K t/V值变化及透析器血室容积(TCV)的数值。结果:与第1次使用时比较,透析器在复用第9次后,约90%的TCV下降≥20%(P<0.05)。结论:透析器复用至第9次时,TCV下降≥20%,故透析器复用不应用超过9次。
Objective： To investigate the clearance effect of auto dialyzer reprocessing system on the dialysis solute and ap- propriate reusing times of the dialyzer. Methods ： The hemodialysis therapy was applied to 40 patients with chronic renal failure, the on - line clearance monitor I OCM } was used to mensurate the changes of Kt / V value and the numerical value of the total cell volume （ TCV } of the dialyzer respectively at the first time of using the dialyzer and at the 3nd, 6th and 9th time of reusing the dialyzer. Results ： The TCV declined from 90% to 20% at the 9th time compared with the first use of the dialyzer （ P 〈 O. 05 }. Conclusion ： The reusing time of the dialyzer should be less than 9 times.
