摘要
分析了我国乡镇级电子政务发展的重要性和艰巨性,针对当前我国西部地区乡镇网络发展水平比较落后,而农民使用手机上网越来越多的情况,提出了一个采用Wap和Web技术相结合构建乡镇电子政务系统的方案。方案给出了系统结构的设计,并对系统各个功能模块进行了详细地描述,为我国西部乡镇电子政务的发展提供了一种实用模式。
In this essay,the important and arduous development of e-government in the level of town were firstly analyzed.Based on the conditions that the network in towns of the western China is less developed and more and more peasants surf the net by mobile phone,a combination of Wap and Web technologies was proposed to construct the e-government system in town.The structure of system was given and each function was described in details,as a practical model for the development of e-government in town in the western China.
