摘要
对空压机余热的利用不仅可以改善空压机本身的工作性能,而且可以变废为宝,节省能源,减少污染物排放。文章结合实际改造工程,对空压机余热用于生产洗浴热水的可行性进行了分析,并提出了具体项目的改造方案,最后比较了项目改造前后系统的经济性指标和节能效果,结果显示改造项目不仅可以改善空压机的工作性能,而且具有良好的经济性和节能性。
use of air compressor waste heat can not only improve performance but also turn waste into treasure, save energy, reduce pollutant emissions. This article is based on actual renovation projects, analyses feasibility of air compressor waste heat for producing bath water, proposes detailed renovation plans and compares economic indicators and energy saving effect before and after reconstruction at the end. It shows that renovation not only improves air compressor performance but also has excellent economical and energy-saving effect.
