血清心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白在冠心病中的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨血清心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)水平在冠心病(CHD)中的临床意义。方法对74例不同类型CHD患者及75例正常健康者应用ELISA检测其血清H-FABP水平。结果急性心肌梗死组H-FABP水平高于不稳定型心绞痛组,不稳定型心绞痛组高于稳定型心绞痛组,稳定型心绞痛组高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(均<0.05)。结论血清H-FABP水平升高与CHD病情有密切关系,可用于CHD患者的病情评估。
