摘要
增强服务外包的承接能力是我国政府和企业关注的重大问题。基于价格信号构建了服务外包的博弈模型,根据模型详细地分析了作为服务外包承接方应该如何提高其承接能力,特别地,分析了信息对于服务外包承接环境的作用,并根据分析结果对我国信息平台建设提出了相关建议。
Today, service outsourcing plays an important role in the service industry. Thus, increasing undertaking capability of service outsourcing is an important issue in China. The question is how a service outsourcing undertaker should do. To answer this question, a game model is developed for it. This model reveals the relation between relative information and undertaking environment. Based on the model, analysis is carried out. It shows that, to increase undertaking capability of service outsourcing, an enterprise should build and manage its information platform well.
