摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对中厚板轧后控冷过程的温度场进行模拟求解,得到了钢板在控冷过程中不同阶段的温降曲线和瞬态温度场分布,与实测结果进行了对比分析,结果基本吻合。
The temperature field of a rolled medium plate during controlled cooling is simulated and calculated by ANSYS finite element software,and thus the curves of temperature drop and the distributions of transient temperature fields of the steel plate at various cooling stages during controlled cooling,and the simulated results are identical with the actual results by comparison.
