摘要
介绍了微气泡与夹杂物之间的相互作用原理和几种气泡去除非金属夹杂物的方法,并计算了气泡与夹杂物之间相互作用的主要参数。在此基础上提出了利用超细固体粉末诱发微小气泡去除钢液中细小夹杂物的方法,并进行了大生产试验,结果表明,与传统工艺相比,利用此方法处理后的铸坯中氧化物夹杂数量明显减少,夹杂物数量减少近40%,铸坯中全氧含量降低到0.000 6%~0.000 8%。
This paper introduces the principle of interaction between the micro-bubbles and inclusions as well as the method for removing non-metallic inclusions from liquid steel by several kinds of bubbles,and calculates values for the main parameters of interaction between the micro-bubbles and inclusions.Based on the said analysis,this paper also proposes the method which inducts the micro-bubbles by ultra-fine solid power to remove the fine inclusions from the liquid steel,and further carries out the trial large-scale manufacture.The trial results show that the amount of inclusions such as oxides in strand treated by this method are decreased by nearly 40%,and thus the general content of oxygen in strand is decreased to as low as 0.000 6%~0.000 8% as compared with the traditional process.
