摘要
针对传统数控培训设备成本过高的问题,提出一种逼真虚拟环境下的数控机床操作仿真方法。详细阐述了仿真系统的开发平台、虚拟机床环境构建及优化,建立了基于消息驱动机制的数控机床的运动行为模型,推导了刀具走刀轨迹中刀具扫描体曲面的求解过程,并建立工件的三角网格模型。最后,在Visual C++6.0环境下结合Open Inventor实现了数控机床操作仿真系统。该系统具有逼真的三维可视化加工环境,允许使用者对机床进行实时操作仿真。
According to the high cost of conventional numerical control training equipment, a simulation method of the virtual environment CNC machine operation based on virtual reality was put forward. The developing platform for simulation system, and the virtual machine building and optimizing environment were expounded in detail, based on that the news of the driving mechanism of CNC sports behavior model was built, and the solving process with scan- ning the body surface by cutting tools on track was deduced, and the trianguler mesh model of workpiece was built then. Finally, in the Visual C++ 6.0 environment with Open Inventor, the operating simulation system of numerically-controlled machine tool was realized. This system has a 3D realistic and visual processing environment to allow users to do the real-time operation simulation with the machine tools.
