脑源性神经营养因子在大鼠炎性牙髓中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:观察脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor BDNF)在大鼠炎性牙髓中的表达及其变化,初步探讨BDNF在牙髓损伤修复中的作用。方法:通过开髓建立大鼠牙髓炎模型,用免疫组化法及图像分析技术检测正常牙髓及牙髓炎1d组、3d组、5d组、7d组牙髓中BDNF的表达。结果:免疫组化显示正常牙髓组织中无BDNF表达,在炎症1d组弱表达,3d组时到达高峰,到第5天开始减弱,总体差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与正常牙髓组织相比,炎症牙髓组织中BDNF开始表达,提示BDNF在牙髓炎发展过程中起一定作用。 Objective:To investigate the expressions of brain-derived neurotrophic factor BDNF in rat pulpitis tissue and to study effect of BDNF on pulp repair after injury.Methods:An experimental animal model of injury-induced pulpitis was established,BDNF expression was detected by immunohistochemical staining in normal dental pulp and in puppitis at day 1,3,5,and 7 respectively.The staining was analyzed by imaging system.Results:Image analysis showed that normal dental pulp tissue didn't express BDNF.Pulpitis at day 1 exhibited a little bit of BDNF,stronger at day 3 and then gradually reduced at day 5.There was significan difference(P0.05).Conclusion:It's suggested that BDNF began a significant increase in the experiment pulpitis compared with normal dental pulp and BDNF may play roles in the processing of dental pulpitis.
