摘要
目的比较按扣式、缓冲式与推锁式附着体义齿的咀嚼效能,以及附着体义齿与传统铸造金属卡环活动义齿的咀嚼效能。方法 90例下颌KennedyⅡ类缺损患者随机分为3组,分别行Anker按扣式、ASC-52缓冲式和MK-Ⅰ推锁式附着体义齿修复。另搜集30例行铸造金属卡环活动义齿修复的下颌KennedyⅡ类缺损患者作为对照组。修复后1、3、6个月后吸光光度法测试Anker组、ASC-52组、MK-Ⅰ组、对照组的咀嚼效能。结果修复后1、3、6个月后,Anker组的吸光度均值分别为0.841、0.911、0.921;ASC-52组分别为0.713、0.801、0.841;MK-Ⅰ组分别为0.894、0.983、0.984;对照组分别为0.661、0.720、0.731。修复1、3、6个月时,MK-Ⅰ推锁式附着体义齿的咀嚼效能高于Anker按扣式,Anker按扣式高于ASC-52缓冲式附着体义齿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且所有冠外附着体义齿的咀嚼效能均高于卡环可摘局部义齿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后3个月吸光度达到峰值,咀嚼效能最大(P<0.05),3~6个月均呈稳定状态(P>0.05)。结论 MK-Ⅰ推锁式附着体义齿咀嚼效能最好,其后依次为Anker按扣式和ASC-52缓冲式附着体义齿。
Objective To compare the masticatory efficiency between Anker,ASC-52 and MK-Ⅰattachment dentures.Methods A total of 90 mandibular distal-extension cases were enrolled in this study to measure the masticatory efficiency after repair with Anker,ASC-52 and MK-Ⅰattachment dentures,30 cases each,for one month and three month.The result was compared with paired-samples t test.Results There was significant difference on masticatory efficiency among the three kinds of dentures(P0.01).Conclusion The masticatory efficiency of the patients wearing MK-Ⅰattachment denture is best,while Anker attachment denture is much better than that of ASC-52 dentures.
