不同病因间股骨头缺血性坏死MRI表现的比较研究 被引量：4

摘要 股骨头缺血性坏死（avascular necrosis of femoral head, ANFH）是一种常见髋关节病，临床诊断主要依靠影像学检查。目前国内外文献对ANFH的MRI诊断已有相当多研究，但对不同病因间所致ANFH的MRI对比研究报道甚少。为此，本文将着重对不同病因所致ANFH分期的MRI表现特点进行对比研究，以了解MRI有无鉴别诊断价值。
