颅内后循环动脉瘤的血管内栓塞治疗 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨血管内栓塞治疗后循环动脉瘤的疗效。方法回顾性分析血管内栓塞治疗36例后循环动脉瘤患者的临床资料。结果 36例中成功栓塞34例,其中19例100%栓塞,7例95%以上栓塞,4例90%～95%栓塞,动脉瘤及载瘤动脉一起栓塞4例;术中因动脉瘤破裂死亡1例,术后因呼吸功能衰竭死亡1例。34例出院时治疗结果好27例,差7例。29例随访10～48个月,无再出血病例,10例出现迟发性脑积水,3例动脉瘤复发。结论后循环动脉瘤有其特有的临床特征,血管内栓塞是治疗后循环动脉瘤的一种微创、相对安全有效的治疗方法。
