摘要
目的探讨应用电解铂金微弹簧圈(GDC)栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的效果。方法在全脑数字减影造血管影确诊后,经微导管放置GDC栓塞颅内动脉瘤66例,其中50例择期栓塞,16例72h内急诊栓塞治疗。结果 66例颅内动脉瘤均成功栓塞,63例100%栓塞,3例95%栓塞。死亡6例;余60例随访3个月至3年,按GOS,恢复良好51例,轻残7例,重残2例(经康复治疗2年后生活能自理)。6例术后脑积水经脑室-腹腔分流术治疗后好转。结论 GDC栓塞颅内动脉瘤安全可靠,效果良好。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of endovascular embolization with Gugliemi detachable coils （GDC） on the intracranial aneurysms.Methods The clinical data of 66 patients with intracranial aneurysms,which were endovascularly embolized by GDC,were analyzed retrospectively.Results Complete occlusion was achieved in 63 aneurysms and incomplete （95%） occlusion in 3.Of 66 patients with intracranial aneurysms,60 survived and 6 died.Following up from 3 months to 3 years showed that of 60 patients,51 were recovered well,7 slightly disabled and 2 severely disabled according to GOS.Six patients with postoperative hydrocephalus were treated by ventriculo-peritoneal shunt.Conclusion The endovascular embolization with GDC to treat the intracranial aneurysms is a safe and effective method.
