在民主法律逐步健全的今天,要维护村民合法利益,保障基层稳定的前提和基础,必须完善村级民主监督制度,这就需要作好以下工作:提高村民监督意识;为民主监督创造良好的条件;全面落实"两监督一赔偿"制度;加强地方人大、乡镇街道政府的监管力度。
In today, the democracy law is gradually improving. If we want to protect the legitimate interests of the villagers and protect the stability of the grass roots, it is necessary to improve village-level democratic supervision system, which need we to do as following： to improve villagers＂ sense of control; to create a good conditions for democratic supervision; to fully implement the ＂two supervision and a compensation＂ system; to strengthen supervision of local people＇s congress and government township streets.
