摘要
根据对当前制粉工艺优缺点的分析,从制粉原理出发,提出对制粉工艺优化和创新的思路。在原有常用粉路的基础上,针对其研磨系统进行改进,巧妙结合适当的撞击和剥皮工艺,以达到更好的麸皮和胚乳的分离效果。同时对制粉设备提出了选型工艺要求和管理优化,进一步保证了制粉效果的提升。
Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of milling process, this paper puts forward a new thought of milling process optimization and innovation from the principle of milling. In order to achieve better bran and endosperm separation effect, it makes use of the hit and skinning process to improve the grinding system in the original commonly used mill flow. It also puts forward the selection requirement and management optimization for the milling equipment to assure the ascension of pulverizing effect.
