摘要
组织生活是党员教育的重要载体,随着高校基层组织建设不断加强,学生党员比例不断提高,学生党员人数保持较快速的增长。如何使学生党建工作和育人工作有机结合,如何开展卓有成效的党内组织生活,提高组织生活质量,使学生党员时刻凝聚在党组织周围,发挥个人的先锋模范作用,组织的战斗堡垒作用,已经成为高校基层党组织面临的一个重要课题。文章通过分析目前我校学生支部组织生活现状及存在问题,提出了提高学生党支部组织生活质量的对策。
Regular activities within the Party is an important vehicle of the Party members＇ education. With the development of basic Party branches in colleges, the proportion of students Party members rises continuously. The number of students Party members keeps increasing. How to combine the work of students Party branch with the work of education and how to organize efficient regular activities within the Party has become an important project which basic Party branches in colleges faces. This article analyzes the situation and difficulties of regular activities within the students Party branch in Guangzhou City Polytechnic, and puts forward solutions on improving the quality of regular activities within students＇ branch of Party.
