摘要
在全球金融风暴和国内宏观调控的双重影响下,中国房地产行业面临巨大考验,高端房地产以其良好的抗风险能力备受业界和理论界关注.由于历史和地理的原因,西安高端房地产起步较晚,竞争相对较弱,但是作为国家打造的3大国际化都市之一,西安的高端房地产业具有很大的市场发展潜力和市场容量,值得业界和理论界关注.
In the global financial turmoil and the double impact of domestic macro-control,the Chinese real estate industry is facing tremendous challenges,with its good high-end real estate industry has been the anti-risk ability and theoretical sector is concerned.Due to historical and geographical reasons,a late start in Xi′an high-end real estate,competition is relatively weak,but as a country to build one of the three major international city,Xi′an′s high-end real estate market has great development potential and market capacity,should be concerned about the industry and the theorists.
