Yb:Y_3Al_5O_(12)/Y_3Al_5O_(12)复合晶体键合质量与激光性能研究

摘要 采用热键合技术制备了Yb:Y3Al5O12/Y3Al5O12(Yb:YAG/YAG)复合晶体。利用原子力显微镜和激光器分别对复合晶体键合界面形貌和散射情况进行了测试,结果表明Yb:YAG/YAG复合晶体无复合界面空间层,无界面散射,键合质量良好,实现了一体化。采用压力法测试得到复合晶体键合面的剪切强度为22.63 MPa。在激光二极管泵浦下,复合晶体实现了722 mW的连续激光输出,斜效率为26.7%。 The Yb:Y3Al5O12/Y3Al5O12 composite crystals were prepared by thermal bonding method.The bonding interface and light scattering of composite crystals were observed by atom force microscope and laser irradiation.The experiments show that high-quality composite crystals without space transition layer and light scattering on the bonding interface are obtained.The shearing strength on the bonding interface of the composite crystals is 22.63 MPa.Under the LD pump,the maximum output power and the slope efficiency of composite crystal are 722 mW and 26.7% respectively.
