椎旁肌间隙入路与后正中入路治疗胸腰段椎体骨折的疗效比较 被引量:8

摘要 椎弓根螺钉系统内固定是治疗不稳定胸腰段椎体骨折的常规方法,但传统的后正中入路需作椎旁肌的广泛剥离,术中肌肉渗血较多,且进一步损伤了后柱结构,易导致术后临近节段的退变和慢性腰痛^[1]。椎旁肌间隙入路则能相对完整保留后方韧带复合体,避免了术后广泛瘢痕的形成。
