摘要
考察了运用不同改性方法制得的TS-1催化剂,对丙烯环氧化制环氧丙烷反应的转化率和选择性的影响。同时研究了溶剂组成、反应温度及加碱量等条件对TS-1催化剂反应性能的影响。结果表明,经0.1mol/L四丙基氢氧化胺(TPAOH)处理的催化剂,在适宜的反应条件下可以使H2O2转化率和环氧丙烷选择性均达到95%。
This paper surveyed the influence of TS-1 catalyst produced by different modification methods on the conversion ratio and selectivity of the reaction of propylene epoxidation-to- propylene oxide.It also researched the influence of the conditions such as solvent composition and alkali addition quantity on the reaction performance of TS-1 catalyst.The result showed,under proper reaction condition,the catalyst treated b 0.1 mol/L TPAOH can make H2O2 conversion ratio and propylene oxide selectivity reach 95%.
