摘要
公安机关领导者的领导行为在整个领导过程中处于重要地位,其领导行为由智力、人格特质、人格类型和情商构成。其中,智力因素会影响领导在公安机关面临危机时刻能否作出英明决策;人格特质因素会影响领导能否更好地适应工作岗位,提高工作效率;人格类型因素会影响领导能否趋利避害,朝着行之有效的领导行为前进;情商会直接影响领导绩效。
The efficiency of the behavior of police leaders is in the important position in the whole leadership.The behavior consists of intelligence,personal characteristics,personal types and emotional quotient,among which,intelligence factors influence on the decisions a leader would make when facing emergencies,personal characteristics show whether the leader is suitable for the post or not and how he improves his efficiency,personal types affect the leader to avoid the danger and adopt advantageous measures,and emotional quotient has a direct influence on the achievements of the leader.
