摘要
稀土永磁吊是完全不用电就可以实现对铁磁性物质实现自动吸缷的一种吊装工具,它的应用使得铁磁性货物的吊装既方便又安全。首先,不需要捆绑货物,省去了很多麻烦;其次,不用带电作业,提高了安全性。本文就是针对永磁吊这一课题,进行进一步研究,从磁路设计到自动吸缷结构两个方面入手,使得磁吊的应用更加广泛。
The rare-earth permanent magnetic crane is a tool used to stick or unload automatically without electricity, the application of which makes hoisting of ferromagnetic goods safe and convenient. On the one hand, it lifts cargos without binding, reducing a lot of trouble. On the other hand, It works without electricity, improving security. This article makes a further study on the topic about permanent magnetic crane from magnetic circuit design and automatic sticking or unloading structure, hoping to have a wide application.
