摘要
简要介绍了变性淀粉在纺织工业、造纸工业、塑料工业及工业废水处理等领域的应用特性；对影响工业用变性淀粉质量的共性质量指标和特性质量指标进行阐述和分析，以期更好地为工业用变性淀粉的产品质量控制提供理论依据。
Application properties ot moditied starches in the industries ot textile, paper making, plastic and waste water treatment are presented; common and special quality indexes that influence the quality of industry related modified starches are also expounded and analyzed,so as to provide theory basis for quality control of modilied starches products
