摘要
研究了显色剂三溴偶氮胂与铈的显色反应。结果表明:0.72mol/L H2SO4+0.9mol/L H3PO4溶液中,铈与三溴偶氮胂反应形成蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长为630nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.1×105 L/(mol.cm);25mL溶液中,铈量在0~30μg范围内符合比尔定律;方法可用于钼合金中铈的直接测定,相对标准偏差1.07%~2.20%,加标回收率为97%~101%。
The chromogenic reaction between tribromoarsenazo and cerium was studied. The results show that cerium reacts with tribromoarsenazo to form a blue complex in the mixture solution of 0. 72 mol/L H2SO4 and 0.9 mol/L H3PO4. And the complex has an absorption maximum at 630 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.110^5 L/(mol · cm). Beer's law is obeyed when the cerium content in 25 mL solu tion is in the range of 0-30 μg. The proposed method can be applied in direct determination of cerium con tent in molybdenum alloy with RSD of 1.07%-2.20% and standard addition recovery of 97%-101%.
