加氢催化剂RP-1的透射电镜研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用透射电子显微方法(TEM)以及扫描透射结合X射线能谱方法(STEM-EDX)研究了氧化态和硫化态负载型加氢催化剂RP-1的形貌和组分特征。TEM照片显示氧化态加氢催化剂中分布有微小粒子,STEM-EDX结果显示,这些聚集的微粒为活性金属组分。硫化后的催化剂,其微粒特性形貌明显减少,加氢催化剂的特征条纹堆垛大量出现。 Characteristics of morphology and composition of oxidized and sulfided RP-1 hydrotreating catalysts were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning transmission electro', microscopy (STEM) energy dispersive X ray spectrometer (EDX). A lot of small particles on the support of oxide catalyst can be seen in TEM picture of oxidized RP-1 catalyst, which are the metal oxide particles as active element of the catalyst proved by STEM EDX. The stacks of sulfided RP-1 catalyst were showed clearly, and there were still some particles, thought its particles number was less in its TEM picture.
