摘要
从公立医院、事业单位国有资产和国有总资产历年数量、比例的变化分析入手,探讨新医改形势下医院监管的趋势和措施,主张通过放松行业准入监管,加强公立医院运行监管和谨慎处理公立医院私有化倾向等措施,实现未来医院行业的健康发展,实现公立医院、医院行业社会效益和公益性的目标。
In this paper, we analyzed assets of public hospitals and public institutions and state-owned assets over the years, including the total number, percentage of change, discussed the trends and measures of regulation of hospital under the background of new health reform Besides, by advocating loose the access control, strengthen operational regulation of public hospitals and control the tendency towards the privatization of public hospitals, in order to achieve the healthy development of hospital industry. In the result to gain the public welfare goals among public hospitals and the hospital industry.
