重叠国际机制与非洲减贫 被引量：5

摘要 相同问题领域存在多个类似功能的国际机制形成了国际机制的重叠,重叠国际机制降低了国际机制的效能,使得国际机制无法帮助非洲最不发达国家实现千年发展目标。
