摘要
在全球生态危机的背景下,中国城市面临着环境污染和生态退坏的发展困境。通过对工业文明与生态文明的比较分析,可以看出工业文明的发展思路才是中国城市发展陷入生态困境的内在根源。仅从技术、资金等外部层面加强环保,往往事倍功半,难以标本兼治。沿着工业文明的理路建设城市,只会在生态问题的泥潭之中越陷越深。只有在生态文明指导下的城市建设才能从根本上消除城市发展的内在张力,走向生态文明是中国城市发展的根本出路和必然选择。
Facing with the developing dilemma of environmental pollution and ecological destruction, cities in China advocate the construction of eco- logical city one after another. Through the comparative value analysis of the human civilization, this paper finds out that the intrinsic reason for this dilem- ma lie in the tension between the mainstream values of industrial society and the limitation of the ecological resources. As a result, the environmental prob- lems cannot be virtually taken only by increasing the technological investment on the environment undertakings. And only by building the city under the guideline of ecological civilization can the inner tension be wiped out. Orienting towards a path of ecological civilization is a necessity choice for human being and the fundamental interests of the development of cities in China.
