摘要
简述了冷冻水产品HACCP计划中关键点设置中存在的问题,分析了水产品HACCP在关键点设置上的误区,并对如何做好关键点设置做出了一些探讨和思索。
This paper outlines problems in the set of critical points in the frozen aquatic products HACCP plan. The misunderstandings in the set of critical points were also analyzed and some thoughts on how to better set the critical point were discussed.
