摘要
针对政府采购中商业秘密保护的现状,在商业秘密的法律框架下,主要讨论了政府采购中商业秘密的相关规定和执行情况,并就有关商业秘密的保护问题提出了主要对策。
Based on the actual state of protection of trade secret in government procurement,this paper mainly discusses regulation and execution on protection of trade secret in government procurement.Furthermore,main countermeasures against questions of protection of trade secret are brought up.
