摘要
通过对城市基础设施投融资体制概念的界定,指出我国城市基础设施建设投融资体制构建是适应形势发展的需要,并提出我国城市基础设施建设投融资体制构建的有效方法是借鉴国外成功经验,进而指出构建城市基础设施建设投融资体制的制度保障的重要性和完善制度的建议。
Based on the definition of investment and financing system of urban infrastructure construction, it elaborates the necessity of establishing the system at present. It is also pointed to guarantee and perfect the system effectively by referring to the foreign successful experience.
