摘要
2010年,全国烟草行业现代物流建设工作会议明确了烟草物流的行业核心业务地位。下一阶段,能否提高烟草物流的核心竞争力,关系到其核心地位的稳固性。通过研究,明确了烟草区域物流的价值定位,提出了烟草区域物流应充分利用自身资源,重构自身价值系统,打造与工业企业、零售客户及消费者的外部服务价值链以及企业内部服务价值链,建立功能完善、反应敏捷、服务到位、成本较低的现代物流体系,并对烟草商业物流的未来进行了展望。
In 2010, the national tobacco industry conference about modern logistics development made it clear that logistics plays a core role in the tobacco business. Within the follow- ing phase, it is whether the core competitiveness in tobacco logistics can be enhanced that really matters in keeping it stable. Researches have been done to orient in the values of tobacco regional logistics and propose that its resources should be made the best of to rebuild its value system. By means of forging the external service value chain between the logistics and industrial enterprises, retail clients as well as consumers and the internal ones within the enterprises themselves, the modern logistics system is to be established, incorporating in- tegrated functions, prompt responses, considerate service and low costs, with a better prospect fnr the future of logistics in tobacco business.
