摘要
在射频电路设计中,为了保证传输最大的信号能量,减少回波对信号质量和可用功率的影响,匹配网络设计是必须要考虑的重要问题。首先用传输线理论分析了传输线的工作状态及匹配电路设计的理论基础,然后介绍一些匹配网络的设计方法,最后结合ADS软件进行了匹配电路的设计和性能仿真,并对比说明了匹配网络设计的重要性。
During the design of radio-frequency circuit,in order to transmit the most energy of signals and decrease the influence of echo to the signals quality and the available power,match network design is the most important question which must be calculated.At first this article analyzes the working condition of transmission line and the match circuit design theory based on the transmission-line theory,and then describes the methods of matching network in detail,in the end gives the design of matching network and performance emulation by the software of ADS,the result shows the importance of match network design.
