无张力修补与Bassini法对腹股沟嵌顿疝的临床疗效比较 被引量：2

摘要 目的:比较无张力修补与Bassini法对腹股沟嵌顿疝的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院因腹股沟嵌顿疝行急诊手术的40例患者临床资料,A组(20例)接受无张力修补治疗,B组(20例)接受Bassini法治疗,比较两组患者手术并发症、住院时间以及术后复发情况。结果:术后并发症发生率两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后住院时间B组显著长于A组;在1年随访期间,B组有3例患者复发,而A组没有出现复发疝。结论:无张力修补急诊治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝是安全有效的,其术后并发症少且复发率低。
