摘要
目的建立RP—HPLC法测定阿苯达唑口服乳剂的含量。方法采用RP—HPLC法。色谱柱：DiamonsilC18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇－水（70：30）；流速：1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长：295nm；柱温：35℃。结果阿苯达唑的线性范围为质量浓度50-200mg·L^-1，相关系数为0．9988，回收率为99．7％（n=9）；RSD为1．1％。结论该方法简便，结果准确，重复性好，可作为控制阿苯达唑口服乳剂的质量标准。
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method to determine the contents of Albendazole Oral Emulsion. Methods The con- tents of Alendazole Oral Emulsion were measured by RP-HPLC with a column of Diamonsil ClS （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5μm）. Methanol-water （70 ： 30） was used as the mobile phase at flow rate 1.0 mL ·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 295 nm,and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 50-200 μg · mL^-1 with correla- tion coefficients 0. 998 8. The average recoveries were 99.7% （ n = 9） with RSD 1.1 %. Conclusion The established method is accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Albendazole Oral Emulsion.
