摘要
为进一步提高原油采收率,大庆油田开展了三元复合驱矿场试验。目前常用的凝胶型调剖剂不能满足高温、高pH值的环境要求,现场应用效果差。本文研究了一种聚丙酰胺为主要成分的新型调剖剂体系,通过实验考查了聚丙酰胺、稳定剂、温度、pH值、矿化度等因素对调剖剂性能的影响。配方体系在30~130℃条件下都能成胶,成胶时间在3~30d可控,pH值范围在7~14之间,成胶黏度为0.3×104~4.0×104mPa.s,岩心封堵率大于95%,突破压力梯度大于4MPa/m,残余阻力系数大于100。实验结果表明,该调剖剂耐高温、耐碱,封堵效果好。该调剖剂在三元试验区进行了2口井现场试验,3口见效井日产油由11.6t/d上升至28.6t/d,日增油17.0t/d;平均单井综合含水由93.1%下降至81.3%,下降11.8个百分点;中心井产液量下降较为明显,由调剖前的60.2t/d下降到34.1t/d,日产油由2.5t/d上升至3.4t/d;含水由注入初期的97.7%下降到89.9%,下降7.8个百分点。
Field test of ASP flooding is made in Daqing oilfield for enhancing the oil recovery further.Now commonly used gel-type profile control agent can′t meet the environmental requirements of high temperatureand high pH value with the poor effect in the field.A kind of new profile control agent system whose main composition is polyacrylamide is researched in this paper.The influence of polyacrylamide,stabilizer,temperature,pH value,the salinity and other factors on the performance of the profile control agent is discussed through the experiments.The formula system can be gelling at 30-130℃ within 3-30 d controllable.Its pH value is 7-14.Gelling viscosity is between 0.3×104 and 4.0×104mPa·s.Plugging rate of the core is greater than 95%.The breakthrough pressure gradient is greater than 4MPa/m and residual resistance coefficient is greater than 100.The experimental results show the profile control agent has good blocking effect with high temperature resistance and alkali resistance.Field test has been made in two injection wells with this agent in the pilot area of ASP flooding.The daily oil production of 3 response producers raised by 17.0t/d,from 11.6t/d to 28.6t/d,and the average composite water cut of single well decreased by 11.8%,from 93.1% to 81.3%.Especially the central well,the daily fluid production rate decreased from 60.2t/d to 34.1t/d,and the daily oil production raised from 2.5t/d to 3.4t/d.The water cut decreased by 7.8%,from 97.7% to 89.9%.
