摘要
目的评价经颅显微镜下视神经管减压术治疗外伤性视神经损伤的临床疗效。方法 30例均作冠状头皮切口,显微镜直视下处理骨折碎片和血肿以及进行视神经管减压,术后辅以大剂量激素冲击和神经营养、扩血管等药物治疗。结果 30例患者术后随访3个月并评价疗效,其中23例视力有不同程度改善,7例视力无提高,总有效率76.6%。结论经颅显微镜下视神经管减压术具有暴露充分、创伤小、减压彻底等优点,是治疗外伤性视神经损伤的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy by transcranial approach microscope decompression.Methods Totally 36 patients were perforrmed the direct microsurgery to treatment for fracture debris and hematoma and decompression approach with coronal scalp incision.Postoperative supplemented with high-dose steroid impact therapy and nerve nutrition and vasodilators.Results Totally 30 patients were followed-up 3 months and evaluated the efficacy.The visual acuity of 23 patients were improved,and 7 patients were not improve,the total effective rate was 76.6%.Conclusions It is full exposed,small trauma and completely decompression that traumatic optic neuropathy by transcranial approach microscope decompression,and can be used as an effective way to treat traumatic optic neuropathy.
