摘要
分析了黄河三角洲(滨州)国家可持续发展实验区建设的背景与意义,介绍了该实验区总体规划的指导思想、原则和目标,重点阐述了实验区建设的7项内容以及实验区建设的6项保障措施.
The background and significance of construction of national sustainable development test zone on Yellow River Delta（Binzhou） are analysed and the guiding ideology,the principles and objectives of the general planning are introduced as well,especially,seven contents and six security measures of construction for this zone.
