摘要
工商行政管理部门形成并保管的企业信用档案,具有与其职能活动相适应的特定内容和特点。为解决档案管理中存在的统一性、分级分散管理等问题,本文建议工商部门把握建档原则,准确判断档案价值,在科学分类基础上实现企业信用档案的优化管理。
The industrial and commercial departments informed and took care of the enterprises credit archives during their administrative activities. These archives have the special contents and characteristics. In order to solve the main problems in the management of the enterprises credit archives, this paper suggests to confidence principles, judge the values accurately, and take the progressively management based on the scientific classification of the enterprises credit archives.
