摘要
鲁克沁深层稠油油田进行注常温清水开发,应用常规工艺分注后,因套管尺寸大、注水压力高、原油黏度高以及井斜等多因素影响,投捞测试成功率低,冲检频繁,严重制约油藏水驱开发效果。结合稠油油藏特点,对定向分注井进行了双管分注工艺研究与应用。该工艺避免了井下投捞测试,在地面即可实现小层恒流量精细注水、计量、调配,分层压降测试与选层酸化或调剖等,达到了延长冲检周期与降低成本的目的,具有较好的推广前景。
The deep heavy oil reservoirs in Lukeqin oilfield have been produced by injecting fresh water at normal temperature.After applying separate injection,the success ratio of running-pulling tests is low,and washing and checking operations are frequent because of large casing size,high water injection pressure,high oil viscosity and hole deviation,thereby seriously limited the effect of water flooding development.The technology of dual pipe separate injection for directional well has been studied and applied in accordance with the characteristics of heavy oil reservoirs.This process avoids downhole running-pulling test.Accurate water injection at constant rate into sublayer,metering,distributing,separate layer pressure drop testing,selective acidizing or profile control can be realized on surface,thus extended washing and checking period,reduced cost,showing a promising application future.
