摘要
大学生参与图书馆管理是对高校图书馆传统办馆模式的创新。图书馆大学生管理委员会是由在校大学生组成、代表广大读者参与图书馆管理与服务工作的学生组织,可以培养学生自我教育、自我服务、自我管理、自我实践和自我监督的能力,提高大学生的综合素质,从而开创图书馆与读者"共建、共管"的新局面。引入读者参与图书馆管理、建立图书馆大学生管理委员会,已经成为越来越多高校图书馆的共识。
Participation of college students in the library management is the innovation of traditional library mode.The college student management committee of university libraries is the student organization,which is composed by college students and represents readers to participate in the library management and services.It could cultivate students＇ abilities of self-education,self-service,self-management,self-practice and self-supervision,improve the comprehensive quality of college students,and create the new situation for the co-construction and management of libraries and readers.Introducing readers to participate in the library management and building the college student management committee of libraries have become the consensus of university libraries.
